I know what you are thinking. Play with Barbies? Cool right? Well some of you may be thinking the opposite. Why would I play with Barbies? I am not a child.
It's all Science!! Yes, playing with Barbies and other toys are ways to tap into our hippocampus and develop that part of the brain that, let's face it, we have been starving.
Adults are told not to spend time imagining or even playing like we did when we were children. We are doing some damage to ourselves because the imagination is directly connected to creativity, problem solving and decision making. So now it is time to use these tools to spark your imagination and feed your mind.
But we are going to do more than just play with Barbies!
