My Story
I built a successful career on paper.
I climbed. I performed. I delivered results. And I convinced myself that being good at something meant it was right for me.
But the pressure, the constant proving, and the quiet negativity began to change me. Success became exhausting. Anger replaced joy. Stress replaced clarity. Behind the scenes, I was working hard to appear composed while privately struggling with insecurity and discontent.
The wake-up call came in the form of a potential termination.
It forced a question I had avoided:
What am I actually building — and at what cost?
With a psychology degree focused on work and behavior, and an MBA in Finance, I understood performance from both the human and business sides. But understanding it intellectually was not the same as mastering it personally.
So I went deeper.
At the Proctor Gallagher Institute, I studied belief systems, identity-based performance, and the psychology of results. I learned how profoundly our thinking patterns shape outcomes — and how deliberately reshaping them can transform both performance and fulfillment.
As I dismantled my own limiting barriers and rebuilt from the inside out, something became clear: I found my success in doing the work I was meant to do — helping ambitious professionals redefine and expand theirs.
