Personal coaching starts with a conversation.
Let's be honest. Most of us have moments where we question our value. We wonder if we're enough, if we're doing life right or if we even deserve the things we dream about. That's where this work begins. Right there, in the space between where you are and where you want to be.
Our first session is simple. We talk. I listen. You share what's been going on, what you want to change, and maybe even what you've stopped hoping for. There's no script. Just a real conversation, built around you.
From there, we shape a plan that fits. Not something off a shelf. Yours. We look at what's holding you back, what you want more of, and where your value has been diminished, often by you. You'll start to see yourself differently. We'll use tools that help you reconnect with your strengths, settle your mind, and get clear on what really matters.
As we go, we pause to check in. Is this still working? Do we need to shift something? Life moves, so our work has to be flexible too. That's how growth sticks.
